As I ride I'm listening for sleds. Im sharing these singletrack trails with kids on sleds with more THC in their system than comman sence. Locally, in the past week alone,there have been 2 severe sled accidents due to inexperience and alcohol.

Its spin night and Im lending a bike and both trainers tonight. I've been down and out for a few years now but as the back surgery last fall went well and my rehab is coming along, I've been riding the rollers and will hopefully be able to put some serious milage on soon.
